The services that Balance of Creation Limited provides to User through this Website (“Site”) are subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). We reserve the right to update the TOS at any time without notice to User, and User should ensure to stay abreast of the most current version of TOS, by frequently reviewing same when you click the “Terms of Service” hypertext link on our Web Pages.
USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
This Agreement, which by reference, features other provisions applicable to the general use of the Site and regulates the use of resources contained in Site, sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of the Site by User (“you” and “your” for User’s). By using the site, you undertake to comply with and be bound by all of the terms and conditions set hereof.
AMENDMENT OF TERMS
We reserve the right at any time to amend or change the terms and conditions applicable to the use of Site, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. Such amendment, changes, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on Site, or by electronic or conventional mail. Your use of Site after such notice shall be construed to constitute your assent to such amendments, changes, additions or deletions.

USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
There are two (2) User Categories and Account type; Candidate and Recruiter (“User”).
- Candidate: Any person of legal age in search of employment opportunities and offers shall be registered as a “Candidate” by opening a Candidate Account and may be required to upload some information including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, contact or phone number, education, work history and experience, language(s) spoken, location preference, curriculum vitae, reference information, emergency contact (name, address and phone number), login ID/Password and pay expectations. By implication, you have agreed to receive mails and/or texts for updates on job openings and opportunities, interview tips and other employment and career-related information.
- Recruiter: This category consists of any corporation, organisation, partnership or other entities with vacancies, seeking suitable candidates to take certain roles and fill the vacancies. We may require personally identifiable information/data which may include, but not limited to, name of recruiting firm, contact address, email address, personal details of representatives of recruiting firm, number of years standing in industry and incorporation/registration details.
The right to use the Site is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. You are responsible for all use of and activities under your Account, under any screen name or password, and for ensuring that all use of User’s Account complies fully with the provisions of this Agreement. You shall be solely responsible for all activities undertaken within your account and safeguarding the confidentiality of your password(s), if any.
Kindly note that Candidates are free access users and will not be charged for any service offered on the Site, while Recruiters are premium/limited-access users and as such, may be required to make certain payments on the Site to cover a stipulated duration.

CONDUCT ON SITE
You shall use Site for lawful purposes only. You shall not broadcast or post any information or material, on the Site which contravenes or encroaches, invades the privacy, publicity or fundamental rights, in any way upon the rights of others, is illegitimate, defamatory, foul, indecent, offensive or otherwise objectionable, or which may encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, breach public peace, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. You are not permitted to conduct yourself in any way that deters or hinders others from using the Site. You shall not use Website to advertise or perform any mercantile or industrial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users to become subscribers of other services competitive with Balance of Creation Limited.
TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT
We reserve the discretionary right to definitely or indefinitely terminate or suspend your access to the Site, upon notice of consistent violation of terms stated herein, detection of false information or without cause or reason at any time, with or without notice.
USER SUBMISSIONS
The Site is designed to allow the upload of Candidate’s Curriculum Vitae, Cover Letter, Recruiter’s Policies/specification/testimonials and other career and employment related documents and materials (“Submissions”).
In making and uploading your Submissions, you shall not upload, broadcast or otherwise make available on the Site, any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights without the prior written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. Take note that the onus of determining whether or not a material is protected by copyright lies with you. You shall be solely responsible for any losses or liabilities that might result from the infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other damage resulting from such submissions.
We confirm that you retain ownership of your Submissions; but by making or uploading Submissions to any public area of Site, you inevitably and expressly grant Balance of Creation Limited the royalty-free, continual, conclusive, non-exclusive right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your Submissions (in whole or in part) and/or to feature it in other works in any form, media or technology already existent or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. You also permit others to access, store and replicate the material for that User’s personal use.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to other websites, (“Third-Party Websites”) contents, services or materials, engineered and owned by others, other than Balance of Creation Limited. Take note that such links are not controlled by, and its hosting site does not enjoy the endorsement of or affiliation with Balance of Creation Limited. Consequently, we will not be liable for the liabilities, risks or losses that accrue from your use of such links; your use of third-party materials is at your own risk.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, vindicate and hold Balance of Creation Limited harmless from and against all liabilities, risks, losses and charges, which include, but not limited to attorney’s fees identified with and arising out of your use of the Site, contracts, offers and opportunities acquired through it.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You may download copyrighted material for personal, non-commercial use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no imitation, reallocation, rebroadcasting, publication or industrial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express written permission of Balance of Creation Limited and the copyright owner. In the event of any permitted imitation, reallocation or publication of copyrighted material, you agree to make no amendments in or deletion of author acknowledgement, trademark symbol or copyright notice. You acknowledge that you do not secure any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.
